From Frozen: Remove sleeve, Pierce film lid several times, 180c in oven for 45-55 minutes, depending on appliance.
MICROWAVE: From Fresh: Remove sleeve, Pierce film lid several times, 8 mins (900w), make sure food is piping hot before eating.
From Frozen: Remove sleeve, Pierce film lid several times, heat for 7 minutes (900w) allow to stand for 3 minutes, heat for a further 7 minutes until piping hot.
