Cooking Instructions
OVEN: From Fresh: Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times, 180c for 20-25 mins, depending on appliance.
From Frozen: Remove sleeve, Pierce film lid several times, 180c in oven for 45-55 minutes, depending on appliance.
MICROWAVE: From Fresh: Remove film & foil, place lid side down, add tsps water, clingfilm and vent. 3-5 mins (900W)
From Frozen: As above but cook for 6mins, rest for 3 mins and cook for 5mins (900w)
